This short three day yoga retreat is perfect for anyone who wishes to get a glimpse of the benefits which come from a regular yoga and meditation practice. Our retreat centre is located in a peaceful and tranquil setting which allows for a deeper renewal of vital energies through a daily routine of two yoga sessions, meditation, sound healing, steam and mud baths, healthy food, comfortable accommodation and a great family atmosphere.
Over three days beginners to yoga will get a good overview of a traditional yoga practice which they can later implement in their daily lives. More experienced yoga practitioners will benefit from learning new innovative yoga sequences, strengthening and deepening their practice and getting into the routine of regular daily yoga and meditation sessions among the peaceful setting of our retreat centre.
You can start this three day retreat on any day of the week after 3pm, the next three days being your retreat program and departure on the following morning. We do recommend confirming your reservation in advance as spaces are limited
